Beloved for its cold drinks and hot southern food this 1950’s styled diner was very popular. Due to unforeseen reasons this venue closed some time ago!

It is 1854 square feet of concrete with cinder block walls. Some of which are now busted out. The most recent for sale listings came in May of 2018, when it was stated to needing just cosmetic repairs. It was also listed as available to be turned into a single family home or even renovated back into a short order, 25 seat diner!

The well, electricity and sewage are still hooked up and ready to become functioning. It is on 1 acre of land and advertised as getting traffic of 21,000 plus every single day.

The building was listed for $40,000 but sold for $28,000. The decay of this property is extreme. The foundation may be noted as solid but everything else would have to go.
