The abandoned house grounds and chapel built by brothers is located along Kosocicka 8 in Bieżanów-Prokocim, 32-020 Kraków, Poland.
Many rumors are abound over the history of this unfinished villa. One of the biggest suggested stories is that two brothers were in the midst of building the home in the 1970’s. When an argument over the construction began began one brother murdered the other. Afterwards, it was never completed.
Another is that the building overtook the grounds of a former cemetery for victims of a 19th century cholera outbreak. Locals have purported another legend of a suicide in the home.
The grounds up through 2016 were used as additional parking and storage. The side of the building advertised Auto-Blacharstwo.
Unfortunately, the home was demolished in 2016, though the chapel still remains. A group of paranormal devotees tried to prevent the demolition. It seems as if over the time it was abandoned there were thoughts of renovation. These proposals never came to fruition.
Today it looks as if no cars remain parked in the lot and that the property was up for sale by Skyline Real Estate in Krakow.
Kosocicka House #8 was brought to local media attention and popularity through the Haunted Projekt Krakow channel. When investigating the house ruins the crew found medallions, old shoes, the remains of a cat, residence of mice and a candle.
